HELLO, I’M LETTIE.

How it started

With a passion for film (blame the 80s), culture and storytelling - and a 20+ year career in Film & TV - I’ve helped build brands, businesses and compelling content narratives. 

I’ve led strategy & communications work spanning industry leaders, Netflix, Universal Pictures, AMC Networks and Discovery Channel, plus start-up ventures (including my own). I know what it takes to succeed in both high-pressure corporate environments and fast-paced, scrappy teams. 

I’ve also coached and mentored emerging talent through Virgin Start Up, the Royal Television Society, and Creative Mentor Network — supporting people reach their full potential.

How it’s going

Today, I step in at messy or pivotal growth points, bringing clarity, momentum and calm. Whether it’s been helping build out Netflix’s EMEA film publicity team, launching brands or advising founders, I couple creative thinking with organised execution to help teams align and move forward.

Coaching high-profile individuals and executives in front of and behind the camera has taught me trusted, authentic relationships are everything. Through diplomatic and direct communication I move conceptual ideas into reality. 

Other passions include tennis (playing & watching), pottery and feeding my insatiable curiosity with books, podcasts and more books! And I’m always on the hunt for the perfect green tea - tips welcome.
