Hello, I’m Lettie.

I spent 20+ years at Netflix, Universal Pictures, and Discovery in Communications, helping build brands, shape narratives, and scale teams in high-pressure, complex, and fast-moving environments.

I launched global campaigns, built teams from scratch, and worked with high-profile talent and senior leaders through high-stakes moments - from building Netflix's brand narrative across Europe, to launching AMC’s horror streaming service Shudder in multiple markets. I've also run my own PR agency, so I understand the founder's journey.

My sweet spot? Helping visionary founders and ambitious leaders get clear on what matters, tell their story with conviction, and build the right foundations to scale both themselves and their business.

Now I work in two ways:

• As a strategic advisor I partner with scaling founders who need clarity on strategy, compelling storytelling, team alignment and leadership development

• As a coach I work with leaders and aspiring leaders navigating transitions, pivots, challenges, or growth moments, helping them lead with confidence and presence.
